Restauration - Stained glass restoration
Devidrio is involved in every step of stained glass restoration. We carefully examine the different techniques and the materials that fit accordingly to the most the style and the period. We master the works deposit and, when transferred to our workshop, we re-establish the balance of the whole. Every missing or broken stained glass part is redesigned, cut, painted with silver yellow or enamel before being sent to the oven. Then, we assemble the whole work as we prepare the supports and the glass work is replaced in its original place.
